Your Website Isn’t Just a Shopfront, It’s An Opportunity to Gain Sales

Websites are often treated like online brochures, something set up and then forgotten about.

A good website should actively bring in leads and new customers whilst also offering valuable information.

Is your website working for you? Here’s a quick checklist to see if your website is actively helping your business or not:

Is it mobile-friendly?

Most website traffic comes from mobile phones. A clunky mobile experience will turn visitors away. If your web platform offers a mobile view, always check pages in this view as well as the regular desktop view and adjust your content accordingly.

Does it have clear calls-to-action?

Every page should guide visitors towards the next step. That could be booking a call, signing up for your newsletter, or making a purchase.

Is it easy to navigate?

Visitors should find what they need within seconds. Confusing layouts = lost customers. Make sure it’s easy to navigate with clear sign-posting.

Are you answering customer questions?

Think about FAQs, blog posts, newsletters or case studies that address common concerns and offer tips and guidance. This builds trust and credibility.

A well-optimised website isn’t just a digital business card, it’s a tool that can work 24/7 to generate leads and sales.
